My current plan is to build a small (2m x 2m) L shaped layout, this will live semi permanently in the spare room.

Track Plan
This is an adaptation of
Dan Bourque's Clinchfield/Clinchfield and Ohio Elkhorn City plan. I've yet to rough the plan out in the space available with turnout templates and sensible radii, so the final form may be somewhat different to this.
Progress
Nothing beyond the planning stage so far - I've a few jobs to do around the house yet.
