Locos
My fleet of locomotives represent BR, Freightliner and EWS prototypes. Sorry if some of the links don't work, I'm revamping everything at the moment.Class 57s
57011This is a new style Farish model. I've altered the representation of lights, the buffer beam area, the roof panels. The buffers have been moved to a more realistic higher position. Microtrains 1128 couplers are fitted.
57010
The other model will become 57010 Freightliner Crusader, once I've produced some new nameplates. It has been through a similar conversion to 57011.
These locos are fitted with LED lights, controlled from the decoder functions.
Class 37
37670Originally on a life-like chassis 37670 now has a new style Farish chassis) and is fitted with LED lights, controlled from the decoder functions.
37703
A second 37 is going through the workshops at the moment being converted to a class 37/7, it will receive EWS livery.
37189
My third class 37 has yet to recieve its transfers, but will become 37189 in late 1970s BR blue.
Class 60
60075This TPM kit was originally constructed on a lifelike chassis, however i wasn't happy with performance and have now replaced it with a new style Farish Class 50 chassis.
Class 56
56115The Graham Farish class 56 looks wrong, so much so that I had more or less determined not to purchase one. However with some filler and filing it's possible to create a much better looking locomotive. At the time I took some of the pictures I didn't have the correct chassis so they show it on a 57's running gear. I had intended to use the multiple positions possible with the new Farish Chassis to move the bogie centres to a more accurate position, however I wasn't able to do so with the Microtrains 1130 couplers fitted. The chassis from this loco has now moved to 37670, and this loco has been retired, maybe Hornby will produce an accurate 56 in N?
